A Great Weekend

From there we went and saw the Vagina Monologues. This was a blast! It was hilarious and heartfelt at the same time. I really feel that it is a great movement and helps to further awareness of the vagina.
The next morning we helped some friends move. While it was hard work it was a blast to hang out with them and help them get settled in their new place. It is excited to see them getting their own place and being starting their life together.
The next morning we got up and went and saw my Dad and Karie. It is always fun to go see those two. I don’t ever think that Dad will stop giving me a hard time. It was great to see them and square away upcoming things.
After that we saw my Mom. It is fun to hear about her trials and tribulations as she goes through her schooling. Jamie can relate a little better because it is a little more difficult for those two. I was excited to see them discuss all the things that make no sense to me.
Then came the biggest task of the weekend. I cooked dinner. It didn’t turn out as well as I would have liked but it definitely was good. I will have to do a little better next time. I’m not sure I will make that great of a husband if all I can cook is enchiladas and spaghetti.
As the weekend came to an end we spent some of our last time together at one of the greatest places in the world, La Jolla Cove. It was beautiful and it was great to be with Jamie.
